End date is June 20, but the costumes should be posted by June 15! Prizes will be given away on June 25, 26 and 27.
To post a new costume go to the Costume Gallery Development section of the forum.

Good question 
Let's say: there must be exactly 3 votes, one of them maybe for your own. People who didn't vote at all won't be counted as participants. So in order to participate you should do both: post your own costumes and vote.

Question! Question! what do you mean. if you mean what is your favorite style of costume like full frog and what not, then here are mine: Full frog, Full zombie, Red/blue full pirate. full rune g..... Lumberjack clothes with a dragon axe...... ummm. hmmmm. full rune with a dragon long.... umm all the different barrows armours.... the constructor's clothes, with a satchel from the tower of life. Sara, guthix, zammork clothes/armour/weapons with their corosponding prayerbooks.. am i on the right tracks.... full mourner with blue flowers lol but hoestly thats one of my fav's. lol

There are a lot of costumes and, yes, you can submit any or all of the ones your listed. But the submittion has to be done in a proper way. See the Costumes Gallery Development section.
You'll see that there is some work you have to do in order to properly submit a costume.
I must insist on proper submittion, otherwise I won't be able to add your costumes to the system/site and they won't be counted for the contest.

Here is how to make a screenshot:
1. Wear the costume and open the 'Show Equipment Stats' panel in RS.
2. Press the PrtSc (Print Screen) key on the keyboard (usually on the very top row of the keys)
3. Open the Paint program (it is a standard Windows program for images). To open it click Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint
4. Click Edit->Paste in the menu inside the Paint program. You screenshot will appear.
5. Click File->SaveAs in the menu, type a name for the image and select its type (JPG), then click save. As a result a file with your image will be saved on your computer.
6. Now go to ImageShack and post your image there. You'll get URL as a result. Here is how to get to ImageShack:
-- go to http://imageshack.us/
-- Select your image file and click 'Host it'
-- You will get URLs/links for your image/picture. Then post this URL on the forum.
Notes:
-- if you want to cut your image you can do it inside Paint program.

You should get a link/URL for the image on ImageShack. Post it on the forum and I will be able to pick up the image.
