I am happy to announce that while I was on vacation an agreement regarding tight integration between Runewise and Sal's Realm of Runescape was reached.

Integration will include links, announcements and replacement of Runewise's forum with a section within Sal's forum. I believe that both sites will benefit greatly from such partnership. Sal's users will get access to Runewise's services (which are fully complimentary to current Sal's services) and Runewise will get exposed to a huge Sal's community (which in turn should help with content updates and improvement of Runewise's services).

The integration may take a few days, but at the end this forum will be closed. I plan to keep it available in read-only mode for historical purposes, but all normal Runewise's activities will be moved to Sal's.

I do hope to see you all still involved into Runewise's life after the move. If you are not registered on Sal's yet, I would encourage you to do so. Please, let me know your names there.

Finally, I want to take this opportunity to thank every one of you for making Runewise's forum a place it was all these years. It was great. You were great. I love you all.

well thanks vaskor! I must say runewise has always been my favorite forum, no joke! I love the small community and the general awesomeness here! I will try to actually be more involved i guess, but doing computer stuff around a full time job and house work ect. can be a challenge at times.

At any rate thanks Vask, I will continue to be Shadow Hunter, and thanks for supporting this awesome community Smile

I can not say I'm too crazy about this...one thing that attracted me to this site was the smallness in size...
Everyone that posted regularly knew each other, you don't see that on bigger fansites such as Sal's.
I know I haven't been great about this, but do you still want me to work on tips?
I'm up to 500 of them looked at.

Droogan, it was hard decision for me too. It took almost half a year for me to get myself convinced, but at the end I think it was the right move if I wanted to keep Runewise up any longer. Let's see how it goes at Sal's. I actually suspect that "Runewise" related community there will remain quite small, but bigger than we have here.
And, yes, absolutely, our agreement about tips stands. As soon as you are ready I'll update all the tips you submit.

Okay, sorry its taking me to long, I hadn't anticipated being in work this summer..since its incredibly hard for people my age to find work.
However next week I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled out, so if I'm not too overtaken with medication I can finish them off.

OK. It's done!
We are integrated with Sal's. New forum is here: http://runescape.salmoneus.net/forums/index.php?showforum=247

I also updated all links to the forum to point there and added a link to "old Runewise forum" in the right menu. I plan to make this old forum "read-only" soon, so please move to Sal's for discussions and questions.
