1-10 "New Blood"
10-15 Dungeon rat
16-20 To'Kash Slayer
21-25 Bonecrusher
26-30 Naive Beast slayer
31-35 Basic Dungeon Treker
36-40 Average Beast slayer
41-45 Killer of the Forgotten
and that's all i have so far....

Only problem with that is bonecrusher is unlocked at about level 64.

I just looked at the list of reward unlockables, it says level 23 or 24 for bonecrusher, I forget.
When you say 64, do you mean in terms of tokens?

It says level 21, but it is impossible to get one until a minimum of level 64-65.
